Let's take it back to ballet class in this 35 minute contemporary Pilates reformer full body workout for all levels. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This series takes inspiration from classical ballet exercises and adapts them to suit the reformer. Expect a spicy workout with a lot of focus on inner thighs, calves, core, and arms for lots of balletic length and strength. Also look out for a quick ballet cardio workout burst using the jumpboard.
