I learned this series during my ballet training days, and I’ve been doing it for years to combat the ill effects of office work and sitting too much, along with the normal aches and pains from living an active lifestyle. The series is great to do after workouts when you’re already warm, and you may find that your flexibility increases over time as you try it. As with any exercise or movement, practice caution and start out slowly, and please don’t force your range. Flexibility is both genetic and practiced, so please meet yourself where you are today and work within the boundaries of what is healthy for you.
