Welcome to my 2025 Pilates reformer workout program! I'm releasing 10 days of comprehensive Pilates reformer workouts for all levels. And I really mean for ALL levels -- whether you're brand new to Pilates reformer or are an advanced Pilates practitioner, this reformer workout challenge offers modifications to tailor these sessions to ANY level of Pilates experience and is built to grow with you over time (think excellent replay value...).
DAY 1 includes a full body workout with extra emphasis on abs and core work. Variations are available for every level.
