My reformer workout for when I absolutely need to lie to myself about how hard I will end up working 😅 This is an EXPRESS version of a typical Pilates reformer workout flow I do in my personal practice when I need to start slow but ultimately end up kicking my own you-know-what.
There's a also 70 minute version of this Pilates reformer workout (!) that incorporates more of the challenging variations I typically throw at myself once I really get moving, available under the Members-Only Exclusives category.
