A 10 minute Pilates Jumpboard workout for all levels.
This video uses a Balanced Body IQ Reformer (the old model of the Metro IQ Reformer), but I provide heavy/light spring cues for anyone using a non-Balanced Body reformer or a Balanced Body Allegro Reformer or Studio Reformer.
