  • The on-demand platform available on this website offers full access to both the public and members-only Melanie Lopez Pilates video catalog on YouTube, but ALL videos here are 100% AD-FREE, so your workouts are never interrupted by advertisements. The platform also currently offers bonus videos and features, including previously-archived videos, and advanced filtering and favoriting capability to help you track your workouts.

  • The videos on this platform are 100% AD-FREE.

  • Your best bet is to try the following steps to ensure a successful and smooth playback experience:

    • Pause any activities on your network that might be consuming a lot of bandwidth, which can interfere with video streaming/download capability (e.g. other video streaming services, online games, uploads or downloads, etc.)

    • Try loading the video from a different device type or browser type, e.g. if experiencing the issue on an iPhone, try loading the video on a computer. If experiencing the issue on a computer in Microsoft Edge, try Chrome.

    • Ensure that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal if browsing on a device with Wi-Fi/cellular service, and that your internet speed is running at a minimum of 10-16 Mbps for streaming video

    • Disable any browser extensions or ad-blocking software, as these can interfere with proper video playback

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies (instructions are here for Chrome (desktop)Safari (desktop)Microsoft Edge (desktop), Firefox (desktop), Safari (iOS/iPhone) and Android)

    • Update your browser(s) to the latest version

  • Yes! With a streaming-compatible device and television, you may screencast your workouts to your TV. With an Apple/iOS device, you can screencast using AirPlay. Android devices may use the Chromecast Streamer app to cast to any compatible television.

  • Not currently. The on-demand platform is available to view within browser for mobile, desktop, and tablet views using a responsive design. If you’d like to see a mobile app offered in the future, please let us know via the contact form.

  • Reformer workouts currently make up the bulk of the on-demand video offering, but we offer a healthy number of mat-based Pilates and restorative workouts as well. If you’d like to see new apparatuses added or a greater number of mat sessions posted in the future, please let us know.

  • Congratulations on beginning your Pilates journey! We recommend that you start with any of the workouts in our Beginner category to get acquainted with the fundamental Pilates principles before you move on to intermediate level workouts.

  • While many individuals continue their Pilates practice with modifications through injury, pregnancy, and the postpartum phase, please consult your doctor to determine if the exercises in this or any workout program you are considering is appropriate for you before you proceed.

  • It’s free for 7 days, baby! After registration and entering your card details, simply enjoy the platform, risk-free. If within this period, you determine that it’s not the right fit for you, you can cancel anytime before the end of the 7-day trial and your credit card will not be charged. Thereafter, cancel within any point in the current billing period, and your subscription will cease to renew for the following billing cycle. Cancellations submitted within a billing cycle will apply to the next billing cycle (partial refunds cannot be processed for cancellations submitted within the current billing cycle).

  • We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings > Active Packages. Find your current subscription in the list, and click the ellipsis (“…”) next to it. In the hover menu that appears, select “Cancel” from the list. Confirm the cancelation.
